15 anos de Arquivo.pt
No dia 8 de novembro de 2007 foi criado oficialmente o Arquivo da Web Portuguesa, atualmente conhecido como Arquivo.pt. O objetivo deste serviço inovador foi o de dotar Portugal de um arquivo da Web para preservar websites ao longo do tempo. Em 2022, o Arquivo.pt tem um acervo de 28 milhões de websites do passado às quais qualquer pessoa pode aceder. No Arquivo.pt é possível pesquisar conteúdos por texto, por imagem, por endereço e processar automaticamente grandes quantidades de informação histórica através da API (Aplication Programming Interface). Para celebrar esta data, a Wikimédia Portugal e o Arquivo.pt juntaram-se na organização deste evento, dedicado à preservação do património digital e do acesso aberto e gratuito ao conhecimento.

Cloud networking has emerged as a promising direction for cost‐efficient, reliable service and data delivery across wide-area backbones and data-center fabrics. The prominent penetration of virtualization technologies into computing and communication infrastructure has led to continuous innovation, with new network protocols, software platforms, and artificial intelligence-based techniques for their orchestration. CloudNet 2022 will bring together the world’s most distinguished researchers and industry experts in this field and will provide a great opportunity for you to present your research as well as exchange ideas with a highly motivated audience.
CloudNet 2022 will take place in person in Paris, France on November 07 – 10, 2022.

GitOpsCon North America
GitOpsCon North America (#GitOpsCon) is designed to foster collaboration, discussion, and knowledge sharing on GitOps. This event is aimed at audiences that are new to GitOps as well as those currently using GitOps within their organization. Get connected with others that are passionate about GitOps. Learn from practitioners about pitfalls to avoid, hurdles to jump, and how to adopt GitOps in your cloud native environment.
The event is vendor-neutral and is being organized by the CNCF GitOps Working Group. Topics include getting started with GitOps, scaling and managing GitOps, lessons learned from production deployments, technical sessions, and thought leadership.
JIIDE 2022 - XIII Jornadas Ibéricas de Infraestruturas de Dados Espaciais
A XIII edição das Jornadas Ibéricas de Infraestruturas de Dados Espaciais (JIIDE) decorrerá de 25 a 27 de outubro de 2022 em Sevilha.
As JIIDE resultam de uma parceria entre a Direção-Geral do Território de Portugal, o Instituto Geográfico Nacional de Espanha, através de Centro Nacional de Informação Geográfica, e o Governo de Andorra. A edição deste ano das JIIDE terá o seguinte lema:
«Experiência e evolução tecnológica: aproximando as IDE dos cidadãos».
Espaço privilegiado de reflexão para todos os que utilizam ou pretendem vir a utilizar infraestruturas de informação geográfica no exercício das suas atividades, as JIIDE são um fórum para todos os profissionais da administração pública, do setor privado e da academia que lidam com informação geográfica.
A participação nas JIIDE é gratuita, mas sujeita a uma inscrição prévia.
